Definition

An industrial sewing machine is a sewing machine suitable for the mass production of workpieces in sewing factories or other industrial sectors. Clothing, shoes, hats, and other factories that need sewing machines use industrial sewing machines. It is generally driven by electric motors.

The main characteristics of industrial sewing machines are: ① strong specificity. Most industrial sewing machines are designed for a particular workpiece, or even for a particular sewing process. ② High production efficiency. According to different uses and sewing materials, it can sew 1000 ~ 10000 stitches per minute. ③ Good sewing quality. The stitches and stitches are firm and uniform.

At present, permanent magnet synchronous motor as the mainstream power unit of the industrial sewing machine is rapidly occupying most of the market, permanent magnet synchronous motor compared with the traditional clutch motor has the advantages of small size, good dynamic performance, easy control, high power density and so on. The basic control process is as follows: DSP determines the current position of the rotor and calculates the current speed of the motor according to the captured Hall position signal, and calculates the effective value of each PWM output channel through the vector control algorithm and PID algorithm. The output PWM is turned on by the driver chip to open the responsive IGBT, so that the corresponding winding of the motor passes the current, and the motor continuously rotates in the given direction.
